QUALIFICATION:

- At least 4 years college graduate in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
- 25-50 years old
- At least CPA graduate.
- With 1 year experience in accounting firm.
Operations Management: Supervise end-to-end processing of business incorporations, amendments, permits, and license renewals. Ensure all statutory filings meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Compliance & Governance: Ensure all documents adhere to local and national corporate laws. Monitor regulatory updates and implement process changes to maintain compliance.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and evaluate registration staff. Promote accuracy, accountability, and service excellence within the team.Regulatory Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for complex registration concerns.
