This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a highly capable Mid-Level **Business Process Specialist** at Offutt AFB, NE to support Collection Management (CM), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Planning, and Knowledge/Information Management (KM/IM) functions for the 55th Wing.

The role combines operational ISR support with enterprise-level business process standardization, ensuring effective collection planning, requirements management, and knowledge-sharing across distributed organizations. The ideal candidate will bridge operational intelligence processes with structured data and knowledge management practices to enhance mission effectiveness and decision-making.
