Business Process Senior Associate

_We’re looking for a_ **_Business Process Senior Associate_** _to join our Group Benefits Plan Design Services Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to complete requests / transactions productively and accurately to meet Service Levels set by the management with the business unit._

**On the job you will:**

+ Coordinate the setup and amendments of various systems and applications to ensure seamless operation.
+ Create and maintain essential client documents, including contracts and booklets, to support business needs.
+ Manage client coding to ensure accurate billing invoices and estimates, enhancing financial accuracy.
+ Configure systems to support claims adjudication and drug card generation, ensuring efficient processing.
+ Prepare and maintain access setups for company websites and mobile applications and respond to inquiries from Plan Administrators and stakeholders.
