Job Description
The incumbent will assist the Section Head – Business Process Management & Excellence in managing the design, and evaluation, of the business processes pertaining to bank-wide functions for effectiveness, process quality and simplification.
The incumbent will facilitate the respective stakeholders to critically review current processes and suggest to-be process solutions to improve efficiency. The jobholder will ensure research support on account of best practices, Banking industry benchmarks, other customer experiences and technology to enable process re-engineering for improved business process performance through continuous enhancement of all key business processes to align and achieve the bank goals and objectives.
