Role/Responsibilities :
Understand business trend and corporate strategy direction to design, align and improve E2E business processes that enable LOB achieving their business goals and come up with corporate goal.
Provide consulting to process owner and LOB regarding correct approach to achieve process improvement objectives.
Assess key business processes after deployment for a period of time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, study and analyze gaps for improvement.
Establish process related policies, standards, governance and methodologies. Adopt a process culture and build coalition to move process improvement forward. Study new BP techniques and tools, select appropriate techniques to apply for corporate.
Job Specifications :
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in MBA, MIS, IACT, IE, Computer Science, Apply Statistics, IT Management.
