Demand planning for China region customers

Responsible for consolidation, validation and maintenance of business planning of coming 1 year for China region

Routine and close communications with different teams to collect and qualify the demand input from different sources (Sales, marketing, product groups, etc.) 

Consolidate the POP/POS/Inventory of responsible customers and market segment and develop the holistic level knowledge

Understand the market, leverage the market intelligence and business trend, sense the potential business opportunities and vulnerabilities. 

Review, analyze and improve the demand accuracy constantly

Profile

Fast learning on systems & tools

Basic knowledge in product, customer and market knowledge

Strong communication and organization skills to collaborate with different functions
