In the role of Business Partner, you'll report to the Manager, Digital Business, focusing on supporting PRPA’s suite of software offerings. You will oversee the configuration, maintain security standards, and deliver user training while promoting the use of emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end users with software-related queries
• Maintain compliance in Microsoft's environment
• Create and present training documents and videos
• Regularly assess new tools and software alignment
• Document business process and configuration impacts
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in IT or related fields
• 3+ years supporting enterprise software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
