**Duties & Responsibilities:**

Involve in budget cycle by preparing the raw data and input into the system, with no limited support

+ Fully responsible in month-end and year-end close activity for plant operation (Productivity, Inventory closing, GIT, Indirect PO, AUC, CAPEX, FTE, COGS variances, IC margin, all)
+ Prepare monthly report for finance related KPI along with its analysis to management and Site Finance Head
