Role Overview

Summit Water is seeking a practical, detail-oriented Business Operations & Systems Analyst to help improve how we run the business. This is a cross‑functional role focused on reporting, data cleanup, process documentation, and better use of our ERP, CRM, and internal systems.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, comfortable working with imperfect data, and willing to work hands‑on with sales, operations, finance, engineering, and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain weekly reports on sales, quotes, orders, margins, inventory, backlog, and pipeline activity.
