Business Operations & Strategy Manager

About the role:

As part of the IFS Ultimo team, the Business Operations & Strategy Manager will partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer and senior sales leaders to drive strategic decision-making and business operations execution across a high-growth SaaS business. 

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and commercial execution, supporting initiatives such as forecasting, go-to-market (GTM) planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), pricing & packaging, and sales policy. You will translate data into insights, insights into decisions, and decisions into scalable processes that support sustained growth. 

This is a hybrid role, with requirement to come into the office 1-2 days per week as required, hence the preference for those based in the Netherlands & UK. It offers close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across the Leadership Team, Sales, Marketing, ...
