Under the direction of the Business Operations Division Manager, performs advanced professional and managerial work providing operational leadership and oversight of critical business functions within Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources (PRNR). Responsible for coordinating department-wide budget development activities, procurement and contract administration support, financial and operational systems coordination, business process improvement initiatives, and continuity planning. Supervises professional staff and serves as a key liaison between operational staff and division leadership to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant business operations throughout the department.About the Position
