This is a senior, hands-on role for a commercially minded leader who wants to help shape the future of a high-growth business.

Reporting to the Directors, the Business Operations Lead will drive operational excellence across a multi-site retail network. You will ensure stores operate efficiently, projects are delivered on time, and teams are supported to perform at their best. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer experience.

Ad hoc travel is required.
