Job Summary
The Business Operations Executive will be responsible for the activation and management of Commune's Donor Management Software (DMS) for clients, including client onboarding, training, and ongoing servicing.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid work model, including in-person presence and work from home, with a total time engagement of 25–30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the effective use of our DMS by client organizations, address client queries/requests, and ensure optimal system usage through on-site visits and online support
Manage the implementation process of the DMS for new clients and provide software training
