Business operations & client success lead

Role Purpose

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations & Client Success Lead to become the central coordinator of our fitness coaching business. This person will own lead management, client communication, team coordination, CRM management, and day-to-day operational execution.

The goal of this role is to reduce founder dependency and ensure smooth operations across leads, clients, trainers, nutritionists, freelancers, and interns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Follow-Up

* Monitor and respond to inquiries from Whats App, Instagram, Linked In, Email, and Website.

* Ensure every lead is entered into the CRM.

* Follow up with leads as per the sales process.

* Schedule consultation calls.

* Track and update lead stages.

* Maintain lead conversion reports.
