We are seeking a highly driven Business Operations & Programme Development Executive to support the growth and operational excellence of our martial arts academy. This role combines programme development, student experience management, and business operations, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities 1. Programme Development & Curriculum Support Assist in developing structured training programmes aligned with international Taekwondo standards Work closely with senior instructors to refine class flow, student progression, and engagement strategies Support implementation of specialised programmes (e.g. competition training, early childhood classes, fitness-based martial arts) 2.
