We are currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join our busy Nissan franchise. We are looking for a professional and confident person who can fit straight into the team. You will be reporting to the Nissan Brand Manager. This could be the ideal opportunity for a capable Sales Executive to take the next step in their career as well as a current Business Manager.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Sales Manager and responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department.

The position will involve;
Helping customers find the right finance package to suit their needs
Demonstrating a strong F&I knowledge
Will be required to manage and coach the sales team in accordance with the company retention process
Selling finance, insurance products, and additional products
Working within the FCA regulation...
