JOB SUMMARY:

To create network of high performing agencies and promulgate initiatives within each agency to achieve sales productivity targets through sustainable partnership with Licensed Agents and partners. Recruit, Coach, Mentor, Support and Retain qualified agents and partners and Drive them to achieve New business productivity Renewal Targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and run recruitment events (BOP) for Partner and Agents.
• Identify the prospective Partners and Licensed Agents.
• Selection to onboarding of the Partners/Agents and responsible for Partners/Agents income
• Own the operational aspects of coding of a new Partner/Agent and other day to day interactions with support functions whenever required.
• Plan goals performance needs for Partners and Agents in a periodic manner
