What will you be doing?
* Ensure all KPIs and Targets are met
* Manage own customer caseload
* Co-ordinate, schedule and allocate Employment Services staff
* Ensure claims, customer progression and all service requirements are met
* Refer customers to professional services
* Promote and negotiate employment opportunities with employers
* Train and mentor staff
* Conduct recruitment and selection activities
About You:

* Experience working in a performance driven environment
* Experience motivating and mobilising teams
* Proven ability to implement innovative customer strategies
