Job Description
Reviewing and updating the feasibility models, and project cash flow for Power & District Cooling System (DCS) projects to forecast and update Internal Rate of Return (PIRR) for internal use / external reference.Forecasting and reviewing financial statements for Power & DCS projects, which is vital for the business's operations.Supporting the Managing Director in overseeing the commercial aspects of the Power & DCS businesses, including finance & accounting, treasury, tax matters, and customer relationship management.Assisting in communicating with the customers on commercial matters.Assisting in communicating with banks and/or shareholders for project finance by providing relevant financial information.Preparing presentation materials for monthly meetings with senior management and the Board of Directors to secure key direction ...
