Responsibilities:

1. Installs new printers, configure printers on network, maintain and ensures the proper function of standalone printers, scanners or Network Printers.
2. Responsible for maintaining and servicing multifunctional devices/copiers and printers, primarily focusing on leading brands such as Ricoh, Samsung, and HP.
3. Perform detailed repairs and routine maintenance on multifunctional devices/copiers and printers, specializing in Ricoh, Samsung, and HP brands.
4. Utilise basic computer skills and expand upon your networking knowledge as needed.
5. Efficiently load and configure drivers on PCs to demonstrate your technical versatility.
