About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Leader who has a knack for mentorship and driving the people around you. You are energised and have pazazz! You’ll be an experienced motivator with a proven track record of leading by example in similar large volume, multi‑faced environments and providing exceptional, consistent service for our customers. You know your way around a team of diverse people, and you understand what it takes to deliver solid financials and read a P n L.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 2 years General Manager experience in high volume venues.
• A passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
• The ability to inspire and lead a dynamic team.
• A keen eye for detail and a head for numbers.
• Numbers are your friend!
