Business Intelligence Manager

Role purpose 

We are looking for an experienced and driven BI Manager to join the Data Ops team. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical delivery with line management of a small team of BI professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation, while also mentoring and developing their direct reports. 

You will work closely with stakeholders across Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Strategy, Compliance and other analytics teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, insightful, and scalable BI solutions using the Microsoft Azure stack.
