Business Intelligence Developer

Role Purpose

We are seeking a
Mid-Senior Business Intelligence Developer (Power BI & ETL)
to deliver end-to-end data intelligence solutions. You will not only build dashboards but also architect seamless data flows from complex source systems through robust ETL processes, enabling leadership to make accurate, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Engineering & ETL:
  Design, develop, and maintain automated ETL pipelines to ingest data from various sources (SQL Server, AWS, Databricks, Azure).
• Data Modeling:
  Build scalable Star/Snowflake schemas in Power BI to support complex reporting requirements.
• Advanced Visualization:
  Create intuitive, high-impact dashboards that translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Optimization:
  Perform DAX and SQL query tuning to ensure efficient report performance on multi-million row datasets.
