What will you do?
We're looking for a BI Analyst–Developer who thrives at the intersection of business and data. This dual‑role position supports business stakeholders day‑to‑day while designing and building scalable Power BI reporting solutions that drive insight and decision‑making.
You’ll be embedded into specific business areas (e.g., sales, servicing, retentions) on a rotating basis to:
Assist with ad‑hoc data questions
Troubleshoot report issues
Translate business requirements into clear BI solutions
Build and maintain Power BI reports and dataflows You’ll work as part of a growing BI team that is transforming a legacy Excel‑based reporting setup into a scalable, governed Power BI environment.
