Objective of Job
Lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions to support the captive finance business units’ initiatives, such as sales and marketing steering, pricing and commissions optimization, and customer delinquency forecasting/collections strategies, etc.. This role is both technical and business-facing: the Data Scientist will work with raw data, build statistical/ML models, create dashboards and visualizations, and translate results into actionable recommendations for management.
