Business Intelligence Architect (Foz)

What you will be doing

In this role, you will help design and strengthen Ricoh’s global data architecture, working closely with international teams to deliver solutions that contribute to strategic decision-making.

• Designing and developing backend SQL solutions (ETL/SSIS) to support global Power BI reporting.
• Creating Power Apps and user-friendly interfaces that enable efficient data management.
• Enhancing and expanding the data infrastructure by integrating new architectures and data sources.
• Ensuring robust data governance, security, and compliance with GDPR.
• Supporting continuous improvement through the development of global KPIs and data quality processes.
• Documenting technical processes and creating clear BI documentation for internal use.
• Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders across regions to ensure solutions align with strategic priorities.
