Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst. In this role, you will work with complex datasets to uncover insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
Position Responsibilities:
Analyse large, structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL, Python, or R.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Preferred Power BI).
Document user stories, data flow diagrams, and data standards.
Provide technical support for reporting solutions and troubleshoot data issues.
