Job Description

My Role: 
Support business improvement initiatives predominantly in the areas of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report – focusing on process automation and management reporting
Supporting Business improvement opportunities through process mapping, reviewing, downloading, cleaning, transforming and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information, suggesting conclusions and supporting proposals and decisions
Participating the projects execution and follow-up
Supporting GBS reporting, suggesting improvement and re-design – via delivery of agreed regular reports, ad-hoc reports and analysis and definition of new reporting sets that best suit the needs of stakeholders and end to end process visibility.
Optimization of the way and tools for reporting in GBS is done and shared, how it supports making business decisions.
