Our client, a well-established and growing organisation within the fabrication sector, is seeking a Business Improvement Specialist to play a key role in optimising operations across their PVC and aluminium window, door, and patio door production processes.

This is a hands-on, impactful position where you will lead and support improvement initiatives across core manufacturing areas including cutting, machining, assembly, glazing, finishing, transport, and dispatch.

You'll be instrumental in enhancing performance, improving efficiency, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
