This role is for someone who understands sales + strategy, not just pitching services — but selling value.
What you'll do:
• Drive new business through outbound & inbound channels
• Build and manage client relationships
• Close high-quality branding, marketing, and digital projects
• Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team
• Own the growth pipeline end-to-end
What we're looking for:
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or growth (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence speaking with founders, CMOs, and decision-makers
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and process-minded
