Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage influencers, creators, and entertainment talents.
• Build partnerships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Negotiate talent and commercial agreements.
• Secure sponsorships, event venues, and business opportunities.
• Ensure smooth talent onboarding and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Business Development, or Partnerships.
• Strong network in the entertainment, media, or influencer industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or creator networks is an advantage.
