FUNCIONAL RESPONSABILITIES
Administration of the survey instrument (methodology) to measure the Customer Satisfaction according to ISO requirements.

Direct sales incentivization: Coordinate customer contact activities, as defined by Customer Service Management, to build relationships that drive sales.
Design and coordinate customer attraction and retention strategies, focusing on maintaining and expanding the active customer base.
