Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across staffing and consulting services Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and direct outreach Engage with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders Present BrothersTech's staffing and consulting solutions to prospective clients Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams for successful fulfillment Maintain accurate sales tracking, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
