Business Development Specialist

Qualifications:

A. Educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering

B. Professional Experience requirement:

1. Must have a vast customer-base and with at least two (2) years actual work experience in the same or

similar position.

2. With experience in developing/creating fresh accounts and projects

3. Capable of creating sales plans and strategies and has knowledge in finance and budgeting

C. Hard & Soft Skills requirement:

1. Prospecting & qualifying leads

2. Creating a competitive & compelling proposals or offers

3. Can do presentations and product demonstrations

4. Can handle customer objection

5. Can close and win an account or project

6. Good in oral and written communication

7. Resilient and can withstand pressure 8. Honest and trustworthy
