Job Description
As a Business Development Closer, you will take ownership of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) provided by the Lead Generation team, conduct discovery, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients in the KSA and GCC IT sectors. You will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets, ensuring high-quality client acquisition, and maintaining strong gross margins.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from the Lead Generation team.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to identify client IT talent needs.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals that align Squadio’s IT talent solutions with client requirements.
- Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage pipeline stages in the CRM (SQL → Opportunity → Proposal → Closed).
