Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support outbound prospecting and appointment setting. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for assigned clients, engaging prospects via outbound calls and email to qualify interest and schedule discovery meetings with sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Outreach - Email Sequence Administration
    • Filter contact lists in HubSpot to create enrollment segments for email sequences
    • Enroll prospects into targeted, multi-step email sequences to support outbound sales efforts
    • Manage and maintain email sequences, timing, and segmentation to ensure relevant and effective outreach
  • Sales Outreach - Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
    • Make 60-100 outbound dials per day
