Job Description
We are currently sourcing a high performing Business Development Representative to support a growing US based brand in the apparel, branding and promotional products space.
This role is heavily outbound focused and requires resilience, consistency and strong communication skills.
Role Overview
The BDR will be responsible for driving new business conversations through outbound calling and written communication.
Primary responsibilities include:
High volume outbound prospecting
Booking qualified appointments
Handling inbound chatbot conversations
Managing email follow ups Target activity level is approximately 120 to 150 calls per day.
Ideal Profile
2 to 3 years outbound BDR or SDR experience
Experience speaking to US based clients
Confident engaging decision makers such as School Administrators, Athletics Directors, Trade Business Owners and Operations Managers
