Job Description

Summary:
The primary focus of a Business Development Representative (BDR) is the sale of Mobile Up-fitting equipment and installation service to the First Responder entities within the assigned Territory. The BDR will support the assigned DWS service center locations that are set up for Upfitting service. The work environment is fast paced, requiring excellent customer service skills, selling skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously where accuracy and attention to detail is critical.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Generate outbound business development sales calls to prospective customers
* Outbound calling sales skills are required
* Schedule customer meetings for new business and customer service follow-up.
* Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
* Answer any inbound sales calls, email inquiries, and assist customers with their needs
