Job Description

We’re in a major growth phase at Bluelight, and we’re seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong outbound sales experience to expand our client base. This role is focused on high-volume outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified appointments. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with U.S.-based decision-makers, has excellent English communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS
  • Use HubSpot to manage daily outreach including call tasks, email cadences, and follow-ups
