The successful candidate will be a native Portuguese and English speaker, based remotely in the LATAM region (preferably Brazil), to enable collaboration with the wider team and assist in their knowledge and skills development.

About the team
Our Business Development team is the vanguard of our business, with Business Development Reps (BDRs) driving interest in Absolute and initiating the sales cycle. In this role, you will collaborate with our Marketing and Account Executive teams to research and build a pipeline in new and existing accounts. You will follow up on both inbound and outbound leads predominantly across Brazil and wider LATAM regions, engaging with prospects. Your exceptional communication and critical thinking skills will enable you to quickly assess opportunities and secure meetings with key account personas for our Account Executives.
