Business Development Representative (Healthcare)

About the role

ADEC Innovations is a global leader in BPO and outsourcing solutions. We're looking for a results-driven BDR to join our sales team and own outbound pipeline generation across the healthcare vertical. This is not a call center role. You will be prospecting, cold outreaching, and booking qualified meetings for our senior sales team, operating as a true revenue contributor from day one.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and manage outbound prospecting cadences via email, LinkedIn, and phone targeting healthcare buyers (payers, providers, HealthTech).
• Research accounts and contacts to craft personalized outreach, not templated blasts.
• Generate qualified pipeline and book discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Track all activity in CRM and maintain accurate pipeline hygiene.
