**Job Summary**
ECM Holding Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development & Sales Operations Representative. This position is designed to support business development activities in close coordination with Senior Account Representatives. This position divides its focus between active front-end outbound sales, pipeline generation, and client acquisition; and on managing sales activity tracking, maintaining CRM integrity, optimizing sales enablement workflows, and executing critical administrative support.
