Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to generate qualified prospects from provided and targeted lead lists.
- Book discovery calls for Account Executives using the BANT qualification framework.
- Develop into conducting discovery calls independently and booking demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM.
- Achieve or exceed activity and booking targets as defined by leadership.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in business / lead development or sales.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and emails daily.
