About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Business Development & Partner Acquisition Lead to lead our national franchise acquisition charter. This leader will drive 100+ new franchise partnerships in the next financial year, supported by a multi-layered team across regions .
We’re seeking an individual who is:
- exceptional at business development and deal-making,
- equally strong at scaling outputs through a structured, high-performance sales organisation, and driven by hunger, ownership, and ambitious outcomes.
- This is a role for someone who can lead from the front , build predictable pipelines, and bring process excellence to a rapidly scaling function.
