Business Development Officer

We Are Growing! This purpose of this position is to provide a development opportunity for Bankers new to Commercial, Agricultural, and Construction Lending. This position may also provide an opportunity for experienced lenders managing a smaller or less complex loan portfolio. Scope of Job Accountable for the management of outstanding credit relationships with existing loan customers of the Bank; and to proactively seek out and establish new borrowing relationships. Work to identify and align new and existing loan customers with additional Enterprise products and services. Responsible to perform all related work responsibilities consistent with the Loan Policy, procedures, and compliance requirements of the Bank.
