  Our client is a wholly owned company of the Council, providing Environmental Operations which include Waste collection, Street cleaning, grounds and Park maintenance.
 
  About the role
  As Business Development Officer, you will sustain and expand the commercial waste contract portfolio and actively promote the service through a field-based, proactive approach with both existing and new business customers. You will:
 Optimise and support the development of collection rounds to ensure maximum efficiency using specialist software
 Ensure the necessary high standards of service delivery, through the motivation and management of staff in an efficient and effective manner which inspires continuous improvement
