Business Development Officer – Accounting Firm Partnerships

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accountancy, or related fields.
• CPA license is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships—preferably in software, fintech, or B2B environments.
• Familiarity or experience working with accounting firms or in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Filipino, and at least one major Mindanao regional language (e.g., Cebuano).
• Networking and relationship-building skills, especially with decision-makers in accounting firms.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
