Sitting within Kinbrook Group's Marketing, Business Development and Communications Centre of Excellence, you'll work closely with our Rural leaders to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships and generate sustainable growth across the South West in one of the group's most important sectors.

This is not just a sales role. Success comes from understanding the challenges facing farming and rural businesses, building trusted relationships with clients and referrers, and connecting people with the right expertise at the right time.
