headhunting and talent sourcing activities
to identify suitable candidates for client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients and candidates , ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Manage the
full recruitment cycle , including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of
qualified candidates
through various sourcing channels, networking, and market mapping. Build and maintain strong relationships with
key stakeholders
