We work directly with mortgage brokers to provide short-term loans to borrowers who can’t access traditional bank financing. Our borrowers are entrepreneurs, immigrants, young families, and people going through transition periods in their lives who don’t fit in a bank-defined box. They go to mortgage brokers, who help them get access to alternative financing through lenders like us.
